## Core Workflow

1. **Upload any SOV** — .xlsx, .xls, or .csv — with AI-assisted column mapping. Manual location entry is also supported.
2. **Auto-geocode and enrich every location** with COPE data (Construction class, Occupancy, Protection class, Exposure), year built, roof attributes, FEMA flood zone, distance to coast, and wind exposure.
3. **AI-verify each property against public records** — county property appraiser/assessor data, LoopNet, FEMA, and municipal GIS. Every finding includes a source link, and the broker confirms what to apply; nothing is changed silently.
4. **Upload supporting documents** to a location and AI reads them to auto-fill that location's fields.
5. **Consolidate loss runs** across carriers and policy years, stored with the portfolio.
